  1. As long as it's bolted down......
  2. as long the tank does not spill this stuff out and a crack head dont sniff it up then ur ok
  3. Check if Florida has a road tax.My State its legal,Texas you have to mix diesel in the fuel, like 10%.Now if you are hauling large amounts you may need a permit, which would envovle the state and more fees. But a extra tank for bio,or wvo, should be ok.
  4. put bio in the main gas tank
  5. as long as the tank is properly secured and sealed there is no problem.
  6. If the tank is larger than a specified volume it will be regulated under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations and the truck will have to be placarded and your boyfriend trained. If below the volume which meets the "consumer quantity" excemption you're probably ok.
  7. Well, it's untaxed fuel, and that'll probably raise the interest of the authorities, who have had long experience with farmers running their personal vehicles on either untaxed gasoline, untaxed diesel, or furnace oil. And a big tank of flammable stuff will interest them even more, especially if he's hauling it commercially. You need permits, placards, and inspections.
